| DESIGN NAME: PEARL 63 PRIMARY FUNCTION: Mega Yacht INSPIRATION: My inspiration comes from the automotive design, especially from exotic ones and my aim is to reflect that sporty feelings and proportions to the yachts. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Pearl 63 My fundamental aim in creating this design was to conceive something that would remain unaffected from design trends that emerge and shift through time and could grip peoples attention for years to come. In order to achieve this I put emphasis on surface transitions making them neither unnecessarily sharp as contemporary designs nor just round as yachts of the past while create a modern classic. Although my design is incorporated up in a total of 63 meters she embodies an extraordinary set of proportions that can be attained on 80-100 meter yachts thanks to its entire main deck being embedded swiftly and smoothly into the hull. The owner oriented design successfully meets the privacy needs of its proprietor. Perhaps the most significant design element which enables the yacht to achieve this is the full-deck master cabin glasses that rise above as wings allowing a balcony to slide out from underneath the master cabin floor. This very feature lets the owner to get to the sea without any visual contact with a guest or member of crew, disembark the yacht with a tender and also indulge in splendid open air without leaving the master cabin. Rear part of the yacht is reserved for sea integration and fun. This area contains a pool with extended sunbathing area, a beach club with a transformable platform and a storage area which can contain 2*9 meter horizontal or 2*12 meter perpendiculary stored tenders. Front part has a helipad and when not deployed it can be folded underneath the deck for providing large open areas. Covered on top of the helipad and flybridge with solar panels the performance demand on generators is reduced making her greener than competitors. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Full length side windows of master cabin with vertical lift, provides spacious feeling and magnificent scenic views, also enables to have a balcony by lifting the windows up and sliding the ground platform out. This ground platform includes a gangway direct to the sea. Extended profile of side windows provides front view to the master cabin and which makes it unique to its class. Combining all satellite antennas into one bigger dome, provides tidier look and forms the characteristics of the Pearl 63. Pool with extended sun bath area. Foldable helipad. Hidden anchor pockets. After living in Italy, Istanbul and Cyprus Emrah settled in the creative environment of Antalya where Emrah focused his acclaimed style on creating iconic yachts for Antalya Free Zone yacht builders.
