| DESIGN NAME: E.C.A. MYRA PRIMARY FUNCTION: Faucet INSPIRATION: E.C.A. Myra produces a sculpture like visual perception in the wet places due to its prestigious appearance. The organic faucet concept is now turned to an aesthetic object rather than only functionality. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: E.C.A. Myra Collection composed of Basin, Sink and Bath Mixers reflect continuity and integrity with their organic shapes. Carefully designed fine details provide an elegant, smooth and perfect look. In all E.C.A. Myra mixers, combination of the rounded organic body and subtracted form of lever provide aesthetic appearance, perfect simplicity and continuity. E.C.A. Myra mixers also add an aesthetic integrity to the areas where they are used. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: With its water-saving aerator, E.C.A. Myra basin and sink mixers saving water nearly 50%. The specially designed aerator is concealed within the spout allowing for a more streamlined look. The aerator combines water and air for a smooth and vibrant water flow. It contributes to water conservation and also supports green consumption. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in 2015 in Turkey. Products will be exhibited in Istanbul Unicera Fair in February 2016. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: All E.C.A. Myra Collection items are also available in color versions beside chrome material. Color alternatives (white, beige, red, dark-gray and black) of these items offer to personalize your space, and provides to possibility to make dynamic, lively, aesthetic and attractive interior design. E.C.A colorful designs give users opportunity to reflect their personal choices to personal life spaces and to make daily-life happier and energize their spirit when they are in bathroom or kitchen. E.C.A. Myra Basin Mixer is designed in minimal body structure as well as subtracted form of the lever provides good interaction with the user and its ergonomic shape enables ease of use. The product has a property to be open in cold water flow to make maximum saving in washbasins in which both cold and hot water is used. So, energy is not wasted to heat the water in the spaces the water is used for short term. Unlike standard faucets, it contributes to green consumption due to its efficient water-saving feature. Besides its standard length, Medium and Tall Type Length Mixers options are also presented to the consumers. Such estimation has brought innovation to the market and provides advantage of suitability to different type of washbasins. E.C.A. Myra Sink Mixer is in minimal form to give functionality having a long feature prominence. It increases the comfort of the user thanks to its spout that moves 360 degrees and high spout, ensures easier washing of dishes and vegetables. Sink faucet is designed to be open in cold water flow to make maximum saving in kitchens in which both cold and hot water is used. So, energy is not wasted to heat the water. The product supports green consumption. E.C.A. Myra Sink Mixer has an option to operate with touch. During food preparation; gribbing handles can be difficult and dirty hands cause dirty kitchen too. Thanks to E.C.A. Myra's innovative technology; one touch with the back of your hand or wrist to the body or spout turn the faucet ON or OFF, also provide clean and hygienic environment. Water flow and temperature is adjustable by using the lever. Also, there is an automatic safety stop of water flow after 40 seconds. E.C.A. Myra Bath Mixer’s design is also harmonized with a minimalist approach, main stalk, in which cylindrical forms are used, has a continuous connect details. The faucet is designed without any unnecessary details to prevent dirt accumulation can be easily cleaned without wasting water and cleaning agent. It is manufactured by using fewer materials.
