DESIGN NAME: Turn-Lock
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Combined door handle and coded lock
INSPIRATION: Nowadays, the glass door handle is widespread used, especially in offices and shops. However, people get used to lock around the glass door handle with long U-lock. Obviously, that is very inconvenient.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A lockable door handle, installed in two on the closed door, which is characterized in that the locking of the door handle includes the adjacent door leaf are respectively installed on the left handle and the right handle, the left and right hand were fixed on the door handle including the handle seat, the seat of the body to install the body, is arranged in parallel to the door of the holding rod body, connecting rod and the connecting part holding seat, one end of the connecting part is rotatably mounted to the seat to the holding rod body can be rotated to switch between horizontal position and vertical position; left holding rod holding rod body is screwed to the level when the position of the left handle, right hand to the end of each other on the body, a holding rod body with free end of the launch of the free end of the latch, another holding rod body is provided with a bolt on the door lock.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Turn-Lock could solve this problem quite easily. It combines door handle and coded lock. People no longer need to worry about how to lock the glass door and think about where to store the U-lock. So it is much more convenient and safe.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in August 2014 and finished in December 2014 in Shenzhen.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Turn-Lock rotary cipher door lock body material is stainless steel, surface grain wiredrawing processing, excellent corrosion resistance, password lock position mainly in zinc alloy, overall material unification, the product surface gloss bright, long lasting, and has strong sense of quality.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: In order to secure glass doors, people typically hook a chain lock or U-lock around the handles. Turn-Lock overcomes this inconvenience. It combines a coded lock with the handles. The doors can therefore be locked without the need to think twice about where the chain lock or U-lock has been stored.
