| DESIGN NAME: WonderFold - Foldable bed for dogs PRIMARY FUNCTION: Fold it and bring it with you. INSPIRATION: Coocoo Design® is a new (2015)development and design company emerged from the invention Wonderfold, the new innovative foldable bed for dogs. The manufacure Cava Plastics has played a major role in the development and production of NP Estrup invention – WonderFold like they did back in 2007 with the Flexi Bath designed by NP Estrup. CooCoo design will always use care and environmental concerns as part of their brand and production will mainly be located in Denmark. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The first foldable bed for dogs made of plastic and only plastic. Material safe, flexible, clean and recyclable. Easy to fold easy to bring. WonderFold® is UV-resistant, The foldable bed for dogs ”Wonderfold®” is sold with a special Soft Pillow, made of 100% polyester and the top-material is waterproof. The filling inside the pillow is a special airflow filling, that helps the temperature to maintain a constant level. The non-slip bottom is raised slightly off the ground, creating air circulation. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Production starting Marts 2016 in Denmark - Pre-order at, www.coocoodesign.com PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: April, May 2016 in shops and online sale. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The foldable bed for dogs, Wonderfold® are made of PP and TPE plastics. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Small Bed; 45 Length x 16 Height x 28 width cm. / When foldet = 45 x 16 x 8 cm. Medium Bed ; No available yet. XL- Bed ; 90 L x 23 H x 40 W cm. / When foldet = 90 L x 23 H x 8 W cm Weight = 2 - 3 kilos First time you can mail-order a bed for dogs, even for labrador sized dogs. The bed are made of PP and TPE plastics. This plastic does not contain phthalates or any other harmful materials. TAGS: Wonderfold,coocoodes RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The only bed to mail-order. Easy to bring it with you, when you are on the GO ! CHALLENGE: The folding lines are tested and this bed is very strong, can do the "Drop Test" The bed have a special pillow with a very soft filling and strog outerlinnig.
