RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The information architecture and how information is organized played a huge role in the design process. Considering all the exciting new technology that boomed in the last years. What was really exciting was the proximity marketing using the bluetooth technology. This technology enables a whole new level for the customer experience and tailored suggestion for each individual customer. The website, app and the experience when walking inside a store connected all together. A design ready for the internet of things.
CHALLENGE: The challenge was to organize the content in order to find everything needed in under 3 clicks. I took a lot of time prioritizing and organizing what is most relevant for the customer. With such many different sections of the site it was quite a challenge for the navigation elements, and how customers reach a certain area of the page by following some exact patterns. This allowed me to create a very clean interface, without missing anything for the customers.
