| DESIGN NAME: Perfect Lighting for AMG mercedes benz PRIMARY FUNCTION: Photography, Lighting INSPIRATION: Driven by endless curiosity in experimenting the power of lighting as creative tool, I love to challenge my photography working in non-ideal conditions as shooting tight in time and space and yet pushing my skills toward a better image. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Creating engaging photographs of selected AMG Mercedes Benz models within time restrictions and confined non-studio-like location with the goal of emphasizing luxury details, car design, aesthetics and functional features using lighting and framing as creative tools. More than 30 high quality picture have been handcrafted in only 2 given shooting days working only 45 minutes for each car as average shooting time. Well organized workflow and refined teamwork skills have been essentials for the success of the project from planning to delivery. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: - PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: - FITS BEST INTO CATEGORY: Photography and Photo Manipulation Design |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: All images have been shot on Hasselbald digital medium format using a mix of available light and strobes. I lit my subjects working with light occlusion theory and techniques shaping my lights accurately with different soft light control tools as egg crates and modifiers including self made ones. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: - TAGS: lighting design, photography, light control tools, amg, mercedes benz RESEARCH ABSTRACT: - CHALLENGE: Challenges and obstacles like tight space, very limited time and strong light spills form the window glass on the given location have been overcomed with the use of technical equipment and extensive experience in lighting and photography.
