PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The product combines wood, metal and stone. The processing of these materials is done by looking for a careful balance between contemporary production systems and handcrafted processes.
The selected wood is oak, and for the countertops, its finish is done with non-toxic oils. Stone countertops are made of artificial stone giving an extreme resistance to all activities performed in the kitchen. Table legs and structure are made of stainless steel with powder paint.
SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The product was developed as a system. The components include countertops that can be configured for food processing and preparation, washing or cooking.
The table width is 90 cm, and a variable length from 45cm to 225 cm. Its height is adjustable from 85 to 93 cm.
The product is carried by modules and finally assembled at its place.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Our work is the result of a thoughtful analysis of how contemporary life evolves and changes constantly. As a result we build a critical view about the fundamental role played by furniture structuring and articulating space.
CHALLENGE: We work on two premises: the central kitchen table and its re-interpretation as an instrument of great performance, as well as a careful analysis off the main aspects of function and ergonomics involved in the kitchen.
