| DESIGN NAME: K MUSEUM2 PRIMARY FUNCTION: Watch INSPIRATION: The basic scheme and concept of an architectural design is ”parti”, which is presented on basic diagram. “t-parti” is named by the same concept as parti and uses time as t-parti’s core. The designer tries to apply “parti” in different fields, and to present space concept in three-dimension structure. The procedure of building up a structure needs meticulousness, and the mechanical watch does, also. The designer has to plan every details of the component properly. There are layers of different-size curved inside the watch, creating extraordinary spaces. Each of them represents different unit of time. This design reinterpreted the beauty of time, and builds up marvelous space within limited place. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The design concept is based on the architecture. The procedure of building up a structure needs meticulousness, and the mechanical watch does, also. There are layers of different-size curved inside the watch, creating extraordinary spaces. Also this design is no glass, so you can touch watch metal ring. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Press the golden crown can let rotating metal rotation and silver crown can adjust the time. And you can saw the rotating metal rotating beauty appearance. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The design start in 2014 finish in 2015 November. |

CHALLENGE: I try to break water Resistance, so there have four gasket under the dial. In addition, this mechanical watches is not use the glass so anti-collision it's a big challenge.
