| DESIGN NAME: Aria Golden Diamond Triplex PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential Show Flat INSPIRATION: With its distinctive location on the Peak,Aria is a residence of gracious elegance in a location of privilege,and provides an enchanting one of a kind lifestyle experience encompassing the essence of Peak Living.Peak Living at Aria is prestigious. The Aria Peak Living concept and its location have provided inspiration for our show flat and the result is a well-appointed residential triplex.It is a model of luxurious living which is exquisitely designed. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Aria Golden Diamond Triplex is a 4,700 ft2 residential triplex that exceeds all expectations.Perched on top of the prestigious Kowloon Fei Ngo Shan Peak,Hong Kong.This unique triplex features a metropolitan and extravagant furnishing concept with exclusive internal stairway and a private lift lobby adding to the overall grandeur.It is facilitated with a private pool at the roof top and extensive terraces at the bedrooms and living room with unobstructed views of the surrounding lush landscape. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The Triplex has an unusual high ceiling.Grey marble with bronze steel pattern were used on the floor and the wall together with the interior design extending all the way to the lift lobby to increase the perception of commodious space.From the moment you walk in, stepping on the white onyx marble floor,touching the champagne gold mirror and bronze stainless steel wall features give you the sense of elegance around.Overall,shiny materials were used to offer a refreshing shimmer of luxury. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project completed in year 2011 in Hong Kong. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Under the lighting of Preciosa chandelier,the furniture sparkles in the living room in a posh manner.Bespoke copper leaf wallpaper on the high ceiling further enhances the touch of class.Many champagne gold mirrors have been installed to highlight the expansive space.The use of Fabbian glass has enhanced the overall sense of space.Designed with the concept of luxury,the triplex is furnished with quality furniture from Fendi to create the most exceptional living experience.
