Family Lounge House
The mountain so close yet so unreachable; so calm yet so green and alive, that it naturally composes a stress-less painting to the house. By looking at the picture of this natural scene, it would be a waste not to make the most use of it with the families. Everyone should enjoy the sunlight and breathe the air everywhere in this space and exchange the experiences they learned in the house and create more functions and fun while living in it.

It was a solid wall between the interior space and the back yard. But every time the door is opened, a worm breeze would come to say hello. It is the moment we decided to break through the wall and embrace the natural light and green meadow. A architectural base is being inserted to the ground as well as a new draining system is being rearranged. It is not just a tearing a piece skin off the building but a renewal heart surgery that delivers a totally different life to this house.
