| DESIGN NAME: Saige Garden Residence PRIMARY FUNCTION: Private Residence INSPIRATION: Reading On My Modest Room again(written by a famous poet in the Tang Dynasty,Liu Yuxi),I feel the writer’s spirit of being contented in poverty and devoted to things spiritual,as well as his attitude of self-improvement and self-discipline.Sent UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: While creating powerful using and storage functions,designer of this project recreated dramatic layout for this compound apartment keeping to the style of conciseness and elegance:open kitchen and extended buffet make family and friends enjoy the interest of interaction.the extravagant streaming and wandering of black and white lines that are full of musical sense and the extremely white grid bookshelf run through the open study on the second floor and even spread over the whole ceiling. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: A L-shaped overhead bridge that is set up by clear glass,black steel mirror and emery laminated mirror spans over the living room so as to make functional divisions with distinct briskness and quietness transit naturally and make the space gain strong sense of hierarchy. The glaring mustard yellow is more changed into a dancing note on the movement that splits the primal quietness and brings the joy of life to this home.The elaborate design and the ingenious using of color make the whole space is suitable for both briskness and quietness with effect and a great shape. NAME: BO LI PROFILE: The founder and chief designer of Cimax Design Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited, Mr. Bo Li , was born in Shanghai in 1971, he founded Cimax Design Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited in 2004 and together with Ms. Wen Jie led a very young design team to provide customers with a wide range of design services. Following the basic principles of: “Pay every attention to detail, function first, question routine and find new ways to interpret design”. Beginning 2008, we’ve won various awards, including the Hong Kong APIDA, German Red Dot, British WAF INDESIDE AWARD, British FX , British ID&A, Japanese GOOD DESIGN, American IDEA , the nomination of GDA (German Design Award 2015-Nominee), Hong Kong Univeral Design to name a few, all in all about sixty Asia Pacific and international awards . On top of our company awards, our principal designer Mr. Bo Li has consecutively been selected as one of the top designers in the world from 2010-2014 by ANDREW MARTIN INTERNATIONAL INTERIOR DESIGN AWARDS which is known as Oscar Award of interior design . Our design areas include real-estate related projects (clubs, sales centers, model units, etc.), private mansions, hotel design and office design.
