| DESIGN NAME: Huahong Office PRIMARY FUNCTION: Working Space INSPIRATION: We are now living in a world that the economic is developing rapidly,as a result human relationship is the problem that we must take into consideration.Theref UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Huahong is a financial and investment company’s office.The designer tried to design a brand new home style office to explain the relationship between colleagues,customers OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: the office contains living room,reading room and leisure bar,people feeling like at home when working,everything goes easier. communication gets smoothly and teamwork is strengthen,it is more likely to reach an agreement when working in a relax atmosphere. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: the designer gave up those newfangled or strange looks,while choose red bricks,wood-fiber broads as the base materials to match the warm lights.The harmonious combination of all materials, decorations and lights makes it a warm and sweet working space,and the Oriental feelings is fully convey.Moreover,the designer skillfully used fashion materials like gray glass to match ruggedly design construction materials and intriguing col SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: the total area is 300 ㎡ TAGS: Working space, warmth and harmony RESEARCH ABSTRACT: the designer gave up those newfangled or strange looks,while choose red bricks,wood-fiber broads as the base materials to match the warm lights.The harmonious combination of all materials,decoration CHALLENGE: Inorder to show Chinese traditional culture,we design a printing bamboo leaf screen on the window which is really hard to control both the color and the shape. Besides,bamboo screen inside is correspond to the low-carbon and environmental life concept. NAME: Bo Li PROFILE: BO Li Cimax Design Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited Founder & Chief Designer Shantou University Cheung Kong School of Art and Design & Shantou University Graduate School Joint Education Supervisor Tsinghua University Soft-mounted and Display Design Senior Training Class Guest Lecturer Guilin Tourism University Visual Art Department Visiting Professor The founder and chief designer of Cimax Design Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited, Mr. Bo Li , was born in Shanghai in 1971, he founded Cimax Design Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited in 2004 and together with Ms. Wen Jie led a very young design team to provide customers with a wide range of design services. Following the basic principles of: “Pay every attention to detail, function first, question routine and find new ways to interpret design”. Beginning 2008, we’ve won various awards, including the Hong Kong APIDA, German Red Dot, British WAF INDESIDE AWARD, British FX , British ID&A, Japanese GOOD DESIGN, American IDEA , the nomination of GDA (German Design Award 2015-Nominee), Hong Kong Univeral Design to name a few, Taiwan Golden Pin Design Award, all in all about sixty Asia Pacific and international awards . On top of our company awards, our principal designer Mr. Bo Li has consecutively been selected as one of the top designers in the world from 2010-2014 by ANDREW MARTIN INTERNATIONAL INTERIOR DESIGN AWARDS which is known as Oscar Award of interior design . Our design areas include real-estate related projects (clubs, sales centers, model units, etc.), private mansions, hotel design and office design. We also provide customers with graphical renderings, product design and architectural designs. |
