PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Tire

INSPIRATION:
To emphasize a sturdy product image and eco-friendly concept, this tire adopt a bee and a bee-hive as a motif. Also, tread block which is generated by this product is a six-pointed bee-hive. As a tire tread, it maximizes intensity and stability through sturdiness of hexagon structure and outstanding shock absorbing ability.

UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This product is a new type of all-in-one tire wheel which can be used semipermanently by continuously refilling the tread part which is related to life span of tire. Users can use this product semipermanently by reproducing tread blocks continuously with inserting refill type tread compound in the wheel whenever tread is worn-out. Thanks to this eco-friendly product, Use of raw materials for making tire unnecessarily and amount of discarded tires can be reduced.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY:
1-1. Replaceable tread compound It applies TPE(Thermoplastic elastomer) which has changeability of formation of plastic in high temperature and elastic of rubber in room temperature at the same time 1-2. Wheel body of all-in-one tire Body of the product is composed of sidewall and all-in-one wheel 1-3. Heat internal steel mold Internal metal material mold heats the inserted tread compound and make it flexible. After that, it increases air pressure, so it generates a hexagon tread block to outside of the wheel.

CHALLENGE:
Tires of vehicles at the moment are discarded when tread part which touches the road are worn-out. However, in case of most discarded tires', except for the worn-out tread, sidewall or tire internal structure can be fine. Users can use this product semipermanently by reproducing tread blocks continuously with inserting refill type tread compound in the wheel whenever tread is worn-out. Also, tread block which is made continuously helps to keep initial tire performance as it always has new tire.
