| DESIGN NAME: Natural Beauty PRIMARY FUNCTION: Ring and Pendant INSPIRATION: The collection Natural Beauty was created as a tribute to the Amazon forest, heritage not only to Brazil, but to the whole world. In this collection unites the beauty of nature with the sensuality of the feminine curves where the jewels are molded and caress the woman's body. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This collection brings together the beauty of nature with natural sensuality of women's curves when the delicate leaves caress and involve the woman's body. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The Natural Beauty collection conveys lightness, sofistication and dynamism as it allows the user to form various compositions. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The collection redbourn a week to be designed and 15 days to produce in São Paul Brazil |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Jewelry modeled through lost wax casting method Materials gold and white gold SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: ring sheet 25mm X 11mm caule 11mm thickness of sheet 1 mm thickness of the rim 2mm weight 8,4 gr pendant 32mm X 14mm weight 9,5 gr thickness of sheet 1 mm TAGS: amazon, leaves, jewelry, gold, creative, design, sensual, beauty, luxury, nature, ring, pendan, natural beauty RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The elaboration of this collection was made by an extensive research among many species of native leaves originated from Brazil. By adding up all the desired elements to its constitution, the lightness, fluidity and curvature, it recalls the sensuality of the feminine body. To bring its organic look to the reality, some tests were made. All the tests directed to the use of the "casting by lost wax" method, where the project is molded in wax and then made a mold filled with metal. CHALLENGE: This design was created so that it can be produced on a large scale, since its production uses simple and conventional production methods.
