| DESIGN NAME: LUMINIST PRIMARY FUNCTION: Direct Flame Gas Hob System INSPIRATION: Light, User-Friendly and Efficiency was key inspiration points. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: LUMINIST is a contemporary and user-friendly cooking system supported with not only hi-tech and hi-efficient direct flame burners, but also specially designed and shaped pan support which offers extremely easy-cleaning experiences to customers. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Due to the design of the pan support, there is a little pool at the center in which any liquids that have been split from the pan can be collected for easy cleaning. If any liquids pour out from the pan and cause to burners stop working, then the warning system warns the users by giving a warning beep sound till the user is aware of the situation. All the warning signs stop when the respective knob turned off. The hob system can be finished with both stainless steel and cast-iron burner plate finishing as integrated thin sheet metals or rising metal blocks. Also different color and material finishing can be applied to all parts. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: It is possible to use the system as a modular hob or as an extended cooking system in different sizes with different numbers of burners. Hi-efficient direct flame burners finished with a special burner capping design is used in this hob system. The twisted special form canalizes the flame to come out with a rotating movement effect directly rising from the burner cap to the bottom surface of the pan.
