RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The oldest professions are linked to the two wheels and many of them, consequently, to the food. For this reason has been made an analysis on the subject "street food", that is present in every culture and age, and how it is linked to the oldest professions and the two wheels. The cyclist brings just the bare necessities, and for the human being the job is presicely an essencial necessity. The moving kiosk has been projected to combine necessity, tradition and innovation, in order to connect urban cycling with work.
