Moving toward a more customizable, customer centric and greener future To provide a technical marvel to inspire conversation and development of the individualized 3D printed revolution.

UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
3DprintEV is a clean-energy Supercar that has been simplified to enable configurability and assembly by customers. The cars Eureka feature enables owners to design and 3D print their very own car bodies with very little technical or design know how and achieve practical, usable results. With simple guide lines and common anchor locations its fairly easy to create something great. When the customers design is complete, their file is uploaded to our print partners at 3D-Systems where full size body panels are 3D printed.

OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
Built on the proven Supercar System foundation to offer a clean energy power scalable solution with customer printable bodies and accessories with 3 key resources. The system uses 3D Systems as a printing partner, the largest 3D technology print company. Motive power using Remy electric engines in a novel stacked arrangement to offer varied power outputs. And finally an online configurator and design tool for Customers to personalize their vehicles.

PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION:
Approximately 9 months duration with physical engineering and product in Hull England and design engineering occurring in the USA, Ukraine, France as well as Algiers.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY:
For Supercar System customers to print their own body panels, strength and safety requirements are moved to the chassis, including sealing the cabin from the elements and fastening anchors such as door hinges etc. Polymer body panels are heat resistant and feature a body 'memory' that allows them to absorb many typical impact bumps and lumps up to minor fender bender speeds. Although panels are monochromatic or single color at the moment, future developments plans include color panels and multi-colors finished panels.

SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES:
Chromoley exo-skeleton wrapped Carbon Kevlar color safety cell, modular removable tank bank and 8 perimeter impact safety zones. Remy HVH 475 DOM electric motors X3 stackable , scalable, conductive motor bank motor assembly at 98kg each, 480 Arms peak current, Dexron V1 cooling media, 15 to 45 LPM coolant flow. Heated, wire double glazed glass, and polymer 3D printed mono-chromatic, hi deflection body paneling Wheelbase 266.7cm / overall width 201.9cm / overall length 406.4cm / height 114.3cm. carbon / ceramic braking.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
For 3D printing understanding the myriad technologies in the field thereafter testing large scale parts for U.V. erosion in sunlight, impact strength, post build stability in XYZ axis. Supercar System re-engineers the entire way an automobile is conceived and built in order to 'liberate' the body panels from 'responsibility' 3DprintEV takes a very real and practical step into the direction of a future which is sustainable, re-configurable, easy and personal.

CHALLENGE:
The automobile did not start as a production vehicle with a dirty gasoline engine. Automobiles began with electric engines and each with a custom body on a platform. 3DprintEV goes back to those early automotive roots. In 2015 the cutting edge of technology demands a clean E.V powertrain and Customers who deserve the best product can now imagine custom designing their own bodywork with little formal training. The technology and patents filed are applicable to a broader audience for people carriers, small cars and vans.

Supercar System is in development by a veteran team of motorsport, engineering, industrial design and technology professionals. Combining high performance with precision engineering, safety, comfort and award winning design at a fraction of current prices. Supercar System is a new class of recreational product, enabling Customers to build a deep and personal involvement with their vehicles, to configure, re-configure and build a design to match their evolving style, performance and budgetary requirements. European production is scheduled at the group’s Z Car Factory in the U.K. manufacturers of over 700 varied motorsport vehicles to date. U.S. production scheduling has not yet been determined. Inventions and designs are protected by substantial I.P. filings pending in the both the Americas and Europe. Supercar System is a 500 Group project
