RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Simplicity. Research was done on the different styles of bachelor's pads to find out the common areas and furniture was sought earlier to determine the colour combination to ensure that the colour injection fits perfectly to the whole feel. Visited on the chinese hawker vendors to research on what are the materials used and precautions to take note on the interior for chinese cooking.
CHALLENGE: The mixture of colour is important because black and white can appear to be too cold thus the choice of colours used has to ensure that it brings out the liveliness in the house yet bringing out the masculinity side of it. The choice of hacking down various walls is also critical so as to weigh the level in bringing out the extension of the whole space.
