| DESIGN NAME: tower House PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential House INSPIRATION: tower House, ... an exciting and intriguing game of joints with volumetric shapes anticonformormiste that blend in exciting scenes in a restructuring and recovery general of the second floor and the attic in a building of the '700, in the historic center of a city of Monferrato, in 2014 patrimony UNESCO. A project sensory and wellness that plasma, with countless shades every single element, transforming the everyday into unique suggestions of refined and sophisticated elegance. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The strength of the work is an enchanted dream vision out of the world, making every moment an ordinary extraordinary moment in a whirlwind of exciting sensations. A trip, always different, in search intensity, understood as deep spirituality of harmony. Researching love towards life and its purest essence, increasing the feeling of color and emotion in a sensory space, evocative and sensual mixed between architecture, light and design. "Doing Architecture is to create beauty." OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: House entirely designed and built in home automation, lighting dimmable, music, heating / cooling floor, home theater, on and off hot water, gas, intruder alarm, burglar alarm and cameras. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: A container-look "total white" where stand out elements of impact: the scale, the beams of the living, the fireplace convex and spa area, working in plaster and set design of LED lighting made of home automation to create emotions visual and create unique scenarios. Machining, designed, highly specialized Masters by wrought iron version high-tech for the scale self-supporting and the Masters of the resin for the finishing of the steps to the realization of the great emotional shower and double bath with hydromassage and airpool. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: House on two floors of the total area of about 200 square meters. divided in the second floor about 110 square meters. and attic 90 sqm.
