| DESIGN NAME: Swing pot PRIMARY FUNCTION: Condiment Bottle INSPIRATION: Through using product bring different cultural and more fun. swing the bottle make condiment come out easily UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: people always knock pepper bottle by fingers to let the powder come out. this is a condiment bottle can easily let condiment come out. using by shake the bottle, inner part swing to left and right and the case hit bottle cover make condiment come out.there is a silicone ring around cover to make cover protective. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: There is a dot on inner part,the bottle can rotation around the point and bottle cap touch outside case such as "knock" to make condiment come out easily. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project start in September 2014 in Hamburg finished in October 2014 in Hamburg |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: outside case is made by metal, inner part is a transparent plastic bottle with metal cap, and there is a silicone ring cover the cap. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Width 45 x Depth 24 x Height 75 TAGS: swing, bottle, condiment bottle, pepper bottle, pot, pepper bottle RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Go around the restaurant and ask people. you can see there are lots of salt attach on the cap of condiment bottle when people have been using it. It make bottle looks dirty even bring bad appetite. Also in this situation the salt block the hole of cap. So people have to use strong power to shake the bottle or use finger to knock. CHALLENGE: To found a problem when people use condiment bottle and to solve the problem.
