| DESIGN NAME: TriLounge PRIMARY FUNCTION: Chair INSPIRATION: This project was design in NYC, in the neighboorhood of TriBeCa. Than I have design a chair based on 3 feet, and in Wood to participate to the ecofriendly aspect. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The TriLounge is a comfortable armchair designed in a fully wood and handmade method, this ecofriendly product is manufactured in UpState New York, with locally wood. Its seat is cover by a luxury designed leather. It's a green project totally make of natural and High-End wood materials. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: This items could be made by a very close work between the designer and the manufacturer. This piece was very complex to elaborate and design perfect curves suitable to the wood and stainless steel. The final touch with the leather has given the minimalist and modern style to the furniture. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: We've made 6-7 moth to design and manufacture the prototype and about 1 year to put the item on the market. This project was design in New York / Manhattan. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: - Wood - Stainless Stell - Leather SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 840 X 1286 X 699 mm TAGS: furniture, chair, design, ecofriendly, sustainable, comfort, luxury, green, lounge, wood RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The main research was to design a shape who can be minimalistic, and modern in the same time. And give a new space opportunity for the Boutique Hotel. We use all the cutting-edge wood technology to elaborate this high-end furniture. CHALLENGE: The challenge was really to find a new style for Boutique Hotel and Hospitality, make a very ecofriendly furniture, and give a real place to its comfort and quality.
