| DESIGN NAME: Hung Wan PRIMARY FUNCTION: Restaurant INSPIRATION: Pinwheel UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Hung Wan restaurant has established reputation after all the years effort. Now is ready for expansion and require a new look to attract more eaters, the young age group. The renovation is not only to refurnish the finishes, but also to re-organize the kitchen and BOH area to increase the efficiency of the serving. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Relocated the service bar as the center of the restaurant to provide faster service. Maximize the numbers of booth seats which is very popular in mainland China market. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started from December 2013 and construction divided in 3 phases. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Bronze colour stainless steel/ special laminated glass/ orange red paint SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 6000 square feet TAGS: Pinwheel, ceiling lights, casual dining, orange red RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Play with different materials and scales of pinwheel pattern.
