By creating an open flexible space, staff members are able to share knowledge, collaborate and increase their connectivity across the company.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: In Mexico, most of the people breathe and live for sports events, learn about hard work and team collaboration. However, much part of the population does not exercise at all. According to research, overweight and obesity is a major public health concern in Mexico. The key for a change is to promote sports practices within the new generations. On way to promote it is by creating sports brands such Atletica, a company that encourages exercise practices and increases sports programme demand.
CHALLENGE: Designer Claudina Flores, believes that Conscious Interior Design can make a difference. By creating a strong design concept based on research, and the clients needs, the project would automatically represent a massive change and also a great positive impact for this company. Today, Mexicans have a different perception of Atletica, who is now building a great number of stores all over the country, head designer Claudina Flores knew the scope of this project would definitely go further.
