RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The feel of Manhattan and industrial look of NEW YORK Apartment. The memories that was taken into consideration when I were travelling to New York city. The visit to a friend apartment gave the inspiration to bring the concept to a office environment in Singapore. The usage of structure is the main attraction but to integrate the concept, i need to carefully plan the layout by not overdoing it.
CHALLENGE: The space is not easily blend with so much of industrial metal structures. In order to blend the color and materials together, we carefully planned the area to specifically to each individual purposes. To cope with working area, meeting area, pantry kitchen, toilet with vanity. Level 2 need to create relax corner, director seating, accounts and entertainment space.
