INSPIRATION:
When designing the store in compliance with the brand identity, we aimed to carry the streets indoors. We started the design with various mood boards determining different fields of interest of the youth. The themes of technology, social networking, streetart and nature were adopted to create a street culture store.

UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
As a new generation oriented establishment Sport in Street aims to open 200 new stores in 2014-2015. The intricate design causes great excitement in the hidden corners of the store.With the use of ipads,customers are able to see which celebrities throughout the world are using the desired product.With all these interactive opportunuties,Sport in Street will be widely known in a short period of time.The storing concept of Sport in Street is ready to become the one of the best examples of the new generation storing concepts.

OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
The most important feature of the facade, SMD LED moving text sign that is able to announce the brands in the store. A circulation path was created that customers can see all the products with the ring-shaped plan prepared inside. If some points of the Project were disguised as exciting points and to be discovered.

PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION:
Project duration is 60 days and location is Istanbul.

Sport In Street as it is a chain store planned to be manufactured economical and fast, produced with details and materials.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT:
Duration of the Project research was half of the total Project duration. Project was started with researching brands are focused on the interests of customers. Themes were specified with multiple mood boards. Paid attention to the protection of the corporate identity of Sport In Street while giving an oppotunity to Express themselves every brand.

CHALLENGE:
Sport In Street gives service as multi brand name store. The most difficult point of the Project is Express the more than a brand under Sport In Street brand.

SPORT IN STREET

PROFILE:
The activities of the group were initiated by Ahmet Ziylan, by means of manufacturing custom-made shoes in a small workshop in the city of Gaziantep, early in the 60s. Thereafter the company switched to serial production on a small scale. During the early 70s, the shoes sub industry manufacturing was initiated in Istanbul. The first training shoes were manufactured in 1985. The company got its first brand Halley registered in 1987, and the growth process of the company thus started. Ziylan Group is currently the owner of Polaris, Kinetix, Flogart, Proshot, Torex, Halley and Rootless brands, all of which are registered. The Group concluded its first international deal with Greece in 1988 and hence the export activities of the group started. The company maintained its growth pace in the following years and nowadays it has become Turkey’s leading shoes groups, composed of 13 sister companies all of which, except for one, are involved in the shoes industry and the shoe related sub industries, as well as its trading. Various companies in the Group participate in a great number of local and international fairs and exhibitions all throughout the year, with the goal of increasing their exports.
