Radio Remote Control Unit

INSPIRATION:
“rock.RBST” shape is inspired by the "rock" and designed for stable, modern, elegant results.

UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
“rock.RBST” is a radio remote control transmitter unit for robust radio remote control of safety critical industrial and mobile applications. It includes everything from simple standard systems to advanced customized systems. The “rock.RBST” offers various transmitter models. The waist transmitter comes in different versions, one is a simpler version, which handles some movements at different speeds and contains minimum function. The other, a more sophisticated version, which handles more movements at different speeds, and contains many extra functions. Users can order to customize configuration for specific applications and solely changing the top cover would be sufficient to create a new configuration. It has a quite easily changeable control panel. The transmitter uses with a receiver which has compatible design details. “rock.RBST” can be used with shoulder strap or waistband. The black color is used for the body and the accessory has been designed to contrast with blue colored parts.

OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
"rock.RBST"; remote control unit covers the particular needs of vehicles and machines that are operated in construction sites and mines, such as concrete pumps, quarry conveyor belts, compactors, excavators, concrete-laying machines, mobile cranes, crawler cranes, shotcrete units, cement mixers, demolishing machines, concrete plants, quarry hoppers, wood crushing machines and rock crushers. There are more and more vehicles operating in agriculture, forestry, fishing, merchant or recreational nautical applications that are incorporating a remote control so that the work can be performed more comfortably, safely and productively. Examples include fertiliser spreaders, irrigation bunds, string trimmers, manure spreaders, spreader mixer trucks, seed drills, blowers, log grinders, nautical cranes, yacht cranes, fishing cranes, dredgers, ship lifts or mobile hydraulic cranes in shipyards. It also provides greater safety in the control of certain manoeuvres by eliminating blind spots, etc. As it is a radio remote control without the need for cables, speed is increased in operations, leading to greater profitability.

PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION:
The project was started in September2013 and completed in January2014 in "Ankara, TURKEY".

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY:
The "rock.RBST";is made of injection plastics. Selected materials guarantee high quality and reliability, while providing a feeling of solidity and robustness. The product details provide IP65 waterproof level.
