DESIGN NAME: Sea
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Chaise-Longue
INSPIRATION: My attend to the design of pieces of furniture got shot of any practical nor asthetic aim where object's function is subdued to the typical form. Form intended as substance and not as decorative appearance.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The SEA Chaise-Lonugue (Vessel Collection) is the maximum expression of a design based on the philosophy of dematerialisation. All the structure is completely disassembled and each element that composes it is identifiable and traceable to its original state.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: My goal is to create a product "that go beyond" merely practical and aesthetic goals in favor of an appreciation of a seamless plastic art. The function of this furniture is not the only factor used to determine its characteristics and looks. The design of this products is simple, and the blueprints we create are in essence the ultimate expression of the philosophy of dematerialization). Then of simple design and fully recyclable; It is designed in such a way that its parts are clearly identifiable and easy to dismantle (All parts can be dismantled). The weight, which is a part of the substance of the object, is the weight of the structure not more nor less.
CHALLENGE: Every elements that make up this product are easily found on the market. Purpose it was precisely to create a design using structural elements of sections (metal structures, bullonistica) commercial, so as the panels that make up the structure.
