DESIGN NAME: Koza Ipek Loft
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Student Dormitory
INSPIRATION: Inspiration is come from young student. The space is dynamic,energetic and innovative that comes form youn lifes.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: With an area of 8000 m2 with a capacity of 240 beds is designed as a student guesthouse and youth centre, Koza Ipek Loft project was completed in May 2013.In general, guesthouse entry, youth centre access, a restaurant, a conference room and foyer, study halls, rooms, and administrative offices in multiples of 12 storey building consisting of an innovative, modern and comfortable living spaces have been designed. Rooms for 2 people in the core cells arranged by according to each floor, two compartments and a 24 person use.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: This project operated for new and high technology dormitory living. Key frames are Modern and unique.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: 2012-2013 Ankara / Turkey

I am absolutely awestruck by the stunning design of the Koza Ipek Loft. The way the interior space and exhibition design have been conceived is simply remarkable and unique. The combination of colors, textures, elements and materials in the Koza Ipek Loft is extraordinary and truly captivating. It is evident that a lot of effort has gone into making this project successful and the end result is commendable. This is a great example of how interior space and exhibition design should be executed and I hope this will inspire and motivate others to create something similar. I am truly amazed by the award-winning work of Craft312 Studio titled "Koza Ipek Loft". The sheer size and capacity of this student dormitory is impressive, and the innovative and modern designs of the living spaces really caught my eye. The fact that it was inspired by the young student is evident in the dynamic and energetic feel of the place. A marvel of modern design, Koza Ipek Loft is an innovative student dormitory that truly stands out. With an impressive 8000m2 of space, the building provides an incredibly comfortable living space with its 240 beds, study rooms and administrative offices. Craft312 Studio has done an impressive job in creating a dynamic, energetic and inspiring living space that meets the needs of students. The research behind the award-winning project is also evident, having studied dormitories abroad and taking inspiration from young lives. The challenge of completing the project in a limited time frame was overcome with success, making it one of the most impressive works of Interior Space and Exhibition Design. Koza Ipek Loft is a perfect example of good design and a worthy Platinum A' Design Award winner.

The Koza Ipek Loft is an exemplary work of interior space and exhibition design. Craft312 Studio has managed to create a modern, comfortable, and innovative living space with a capacity of 240 beds, that is both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. As a design enthusiast, I am so impressed with the Koza Ipek Loft project. It's incredible how Craft312 Studio were able to create a modern and comfortable living space with such innovative design solutions. It is clear that each room was carefully thought out, from the two-person core cells arranged by floor to the 24-person compartments. The 8000 m2 student guesthouse and youth centre is an amazing accomplishment and I'm sure it provides a great living experience for its occupants. The inclusion of a restaurant, conference room, foyer and study halls makes it an even more exciting place to live. It is no surprise that this project has won the A' Design Award, and I congratulate Craft312 Studio for their success.
