| DESIGN NAME: Ztone PRIMARY FUNCTION: Monitor In-Ear Earphone INSPIRATION: As a lifestyle accessory, this earphone comes with the jewelry concept. It consist a patent pending ear tip that the body is shaped to the ear bowl. The extended flexible wing ear tip improves the in-ear stability by supporting the ridge of ear. The invention is fabricated by silicone to enhance the maximum flexibility. The mushroom shape head section is designed to snug inside the ear canal, so to provide the best sealing from the external noise. It provides an economical solution in replace the premium cost custom monitor, yet provides the most accurate audio reproduction. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: It consists a patent pending ear tip that ergonomically designed to shaped to the ear bowl perfectly to avoid any sound leakages yet feel totally comfortable even wearing it with long hours. The extended flexible wing ear tip improves the in-ear stability by supporting the ridge of ear. The mushroom shape head section is designed to snug inside the ear canal, so to provide the complete sealing from the external noise, and provide an environment for your personal music enjoyment. The earphones come with 4 sizes of the ear gel, which is statistically cover majority of the human ear bowl’s shape. The ultra flexible silicone nature would also allow the flexibility for the user’s preference if a tighter or looser gel that he/she would prefer. The ear-gel would effectively screen out most ambient sounds around you even before your music is turned on. Unlike any other traditional custom-made earphone with a hard housing, the invention is fabricated by soft silicone to enhance the maximum flexibility, and would never hurt your ears even wearing for long hours. The specially designed hole on the mushroom that comes by precious mathematically calculation so to release the air pressure formed inside the ear canal to avoid the uncomfortable feel and also to protect the diaphragms of the driver from cracking noise or even damage, which is largely happened on normal earphone products. The cable is designed in the way that a clear hot-shrink tubing surrounded to protect the wire is cleverly engineered in the human ear’s angel to loop around your ear, in the most ergonomically way. It come with a adjustable security lock behind your neck, so to ensure the earphone sit comfortably in your ear, and won’t move around or fly off even if you are rocking on stage, workout or biking. The cable is design to be worn behind the ear, rather than straight down, to improve both in terms of comfort and functionality. Being able to wear a cable behind the ear often eliminates micro-phonics. The braided cable is designed to be more rugged; kink and tangle resistant. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: 1. Gently pull your earlobe down to open ear canal. 2. Insert the eargel into the ear canal 3. Rotate the eargel so the wing locks into your ear. 4. Ensure the eargel wing comfortably locks into your ear. If not, try a different size until you find the perfect fit. 5. Wrap the cable over and behind your ear. 6. Adjust the locking ring to ensure the earphones and cables are secure. With the combination of eye catching Chrome finishing and TR90, it is beautifully crafted with the luxury look and feel like an earring and necklace, it is very light in weight yet extremely durable. Its fashionable design transforms the traditional dull image of electronic items. The patent pending ear gel nestles inside the bowl of the ear while also naturally conforming to the ear's upper ridge. Together with the flex-tube ear loop, it keeps the earphone firmly in place at all time. With decent wearing comfort due to its soft elastic nature, the ear gel fit neatly perfect and tightly seal in your ear, it effectively cutting off the sound from the outside world.
