| DESIGN NAME: The Wave PRIMARY FUNCTION: Real Estate Sales Centre INSPIRATION: WAVE UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: - OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Standing at the lakefront, the game of throwing little stones into the river is recalled--- one stone causes thousands of layers of waves. Thus, the idea of “WAVE” is put forward. The model of “WAVE” connects different space and functions in series, including the stairway, movie theater, exhibition wall, bar counter, negotiation desk, and many pillars and tube wells. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in July 2011 and finished in October 2011 in Tianjin,China, and was opened in January 2012.
