| DESIGN NAME: Core PRIMARY FUNCTION: Tooth Brush INSPIRATION: CORE's shape is directly inspired by the human body. The inspiration starts from the "core" word which in Italy's southern dialect means "heart". So it is played in the two-way English-Italian to synthesize toothbrush and toothpaste in one object. Everything has a core, now the toothbrush too. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: CORE is a design that synthesises the whole process of daily oral care. The toothbrush is provided with a reservoir layer of silicone inside which is a gel toothpaste. Pressing the "heart" the gel comes out from the head through a duct. It is designed to heal oral hygiene during trips or at work because the charge takes about 3 days and can be removed and refilled. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: CORE is very simple and intuitive to use. Just enter from behind the bottom tip of the charge and then the top. the heart has been designed in silicone and shaped to easily enter and to adhere perfectly to the internal structure of the body. After charging just put the head from top and will enter the duct precisely in the silicone plug. Now the heart can beat all over the world.
