| DESIGN NAME: One Bloor PRIMARY FUNCTION: Presentation Centre INSPIRATION: The inspiration for this design is derived from the undulating profile of the future condominium tower’s architectural envelope and from organic forms and elements found in nature. The design presents a sinuous sensuality incorporating elements of fire, water and earth and offering seamless transitions from interior to exterior. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The One Bloor presentation centre in Toronto, Canada encompasses a total environment. It deploys innovative construction, materials and technology to present the distinctive ambiance of the upcoming, landmark, seventy-five storey One Bloor Condominium within a limited area of 223 m².
