Bob Grillson wood pellet BBQ is a new category in barbecue:

OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
Like with an American smoker you can warm smoke at 80 °C to 120 °C or barbecue at 120 °C to 180 °C. Barbecuing like with a good gas grill from 180 °C to 320 °C is no problem. Even baking pizza like in an Italian pizza oven at 400 °C is no challenge for Bob.
The automatic temperature regulation by means of the thermostat makes it possible: Bob keeps the temperature you determine like with a modern baking oven. So you will always achieve perfect barbecuing results.
Sticky grill grates are history. Bob Grillson cleans himself by means of high temperatures!
Simply set the full capacity after grilling and Bob will heat up to 480 °C. Grease and remains burn to cinders, which can easily be brushed off. Easy cleaning is not hindered by metal sheets, screws or rims in the grilling pan.
The 10 kW strong patented wooden pellet burner pumps up to 18 liters of 1,300° C hot air into the isolated grilling chamber. This allows for Bob’s extreme temperature spectrum of 80 °C to 480 °C.
Due to the Heat & Health Diffusor System, Bob always grills indirectly at all temperatures!
With the HHD principle, about 3/4 of the grilling surface are not located above the heat source. Yet the entire grilling surface is heated at 100% capacity. The advantage: steaks and other short grill stuff are thus cooked to a crispy medium without grease fire and with the flavor of barbecuing over real wood.
