| DESIGN NAME: Luxi de Mari a mesudì PRIMARY FUNCTION: Beachwear Collection INSPIRATION: This collection is an emotion, the feeling of being far away from my homeland and the sea, a vital element for every Sardinian, but mostly a memory from my childhood. Coaquaddus beach, Sant’Antioco island, south-west Sardinia. The finest sand and the crystal-clear sea are home to the Maestro, the only person in the whole of the Mediterranean who still knows the secrets of the Byssus, the sea silk, a fibre extracted from the Pinna Nobilis which is spinned after various working stages and turns to a golden colour.These enormous mollusks are a protected species and the Maestro cannot allow this art, handed down over the centuries, to be commercialized: it is a gift to Sardinia and to the world and nobody must make a profit from its disclosure.Blue and gold colour this collection, just like the sea and its silk, and Swarovski strass - Gold,Blue Zircon,Aquamarine AB, Emerald - are the reflections of sunrays on the sea and sand at noon.Luxi du mari a mesudì was thus created, a sparkling, refined and elegant collection.Simple but seductive lines, worn by a woman who doesn’t need to boast as she catches everybody’s eye. The luxury of colours finds an ally in the luxury of highly performative fabrics which perfectly fit the body and maintain their shape for a long time. Elegance is a vital element for every woman who, just like the Maestro, hands down the secret to her daughters to make them feel special and unique wherever they are. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Simple shapes, feminine, seductive and elegant. What makes it unique are the details of my collection, five different shades of Swarovsky crystals and assisted personally chosen one by one by hand. This makes the product unique. Each swimsuit is unique and there is not one the same.
