PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: We integrated four conical discussion pods into the open office, each 3.6 meters in diameter and 3.5 meters high. With perforated surfaces and acoustic panels, which provide semi-private spaces and reduce noise. A steel framework supports the structure, and staggered perforations conceal the framework. Using 3D software, we aligned openings for precise fitting. After testing various panels, each unit was pre-assembled, labeled, and installed on-site for effective and comfortable spaces.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: This study explores office space design to improve work efficiency, employee comfort, and create an inclusive atmosphere. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through observations, interviews, and surveys. Findings showed that open spaces encourage interaction, while private areas aid focus. These insights can enhance productivity, satisfaction, and promote flexible work environments, helping design professionals address employee needs.
CHALLENGE: The most challenge during the project development was the conflict between the forward thinking ideas and the conservative needs. While decision makers wanted to try some new office elements, but the users preferred to retain the old work habits, which made persuasion a significant challenge. In terms of design, for the large space and the higher requirements of material selection and technical implementation.
