RESEARCH ABSTRACT: -
CHALLENGE: The greatest creative challenge was transforming a constrained, repurposed garage into a vibrant, functional bakery that honors local heritage. Internally, capturing the owner’s dream and cultural narrative required innovative spatial planning and material selection. Externally, navigating strict building codes, production limitations, and technology constraints pushed us to blend historical context with modern design solutions, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
