PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residence
INSPIRATION: The homeowner, inspired by global travels, envisions a resort-like water feature ambiance that harmonizes comfort, entertainment, and social gatherings. To realize this, the designer crafted a five-star waterfront clubhouse that exudes understated luxury, modern elegance, and privacy. A striking four-meter cascading water feature at the entrance sets a tranquil tone, seamlessly connecting to indoor water elements. Light and water interplay create a serene atmosphere, while natural stone materials and panoramic views enhance relaxation. The spacious, versatile setting accommodates both intimate gatherings.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Lotus flowers floating at the entrance infuse the space with elegance and serenity, enhancing the airy ambiance of this high-rise retreat. Hand-sculpted stonework, crafted on-site, seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor spaces with a flowing water feature. A mosaic-tiled feature wall, illuminated by concealed lighting, reflects rippling light. In the bar, a crystal chandelier enhances the resort-like feel. The front terrace, with a barbecue and lounge, blends leisure with social life, as water, stone, and lighting create a mesmerizing cityscape retreat.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: As night falls, LED gradient lighting brings the water features to life, casting mesmerizing reflections that captivate visitors. The homeowner cherishes the tranquility of daylight and the enchanting glow of night, experiencing two distinct atmospheres in the same space. By day, sunlight refracts off water and stone, creating a dynamic, stage-like ambiance. At night, soft lighting dances on rippling water, transforming the space into an elegant yet relaxed party setting. This versatile design embodies the homeowner's vision of a resort-inspired retreat where luxury and comfort seamlessly merge.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: This high-rise luxury residence is an exclusive retreat for a well-traveled homeowner, merging resort-like serenity with refined hosting. Centered on water, it features a four-meter cascading waterfall on the front terrace. A black pearl stone basin with a lotus pond creates a serene entrance, while a lotus sculpture unites flowing elements. Chrome ceramic tiles and concealed lighting enhance depth. Handcrafted mosaics and floor-to-ceiling windows blend urban and natural views. With LED lighting, a barbecue area, and a lounge, this home exudes elegance, comfort, and sophistication.
CHALLENGE: The main challenge was executing a four-meter waterfall and large stone installations on the 24th floor, requiring precise planning to address high winds, lifting logistics, and structural safety. Integrating cascading water with floor-to-ceiling windows created a stunning effect but demanded precision in water-edge details. Every feature, from the perimeter waterfall to the dining table's water element, required meticulous craftsmanship. Balancing water's fluidity with functionality showcased the team's expertise, ensuring this majestic and elegant vision was flawlessly realized.
