| DESIGN NAME: Scrollup Foldable PRIMARY FUNCTION: Foldable And Portable Led Screen INSPIRATION: This design was developed in response to the growing demand for portable, high-quality, and remotely controlled visual solutions. Businesses and event organizers require flexible, space-saving, and user-friendly displays. By incorporating motorized automation, real-time content updates, and playlist management, we have created an efficient, versatile, and energy-saving solution for the advertising, corporate, and entertainment sectors. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Scrollup Foldable is a portable Led screen with a motorized mechanism, controllable via a mobile app. Users can open and close the screen with a single tap, upload images and videos, and manage content seamlessly. The real-time capture feature enables instant content updates. The playlist function ensures organized and scheduled content display. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: This Led screen is designed for effortless and intuitive operation. It can be opened and closed with a single tap via the mobile app. Users can easily manage content through the app, including uploading and scheduling visuals. The compact design allows for quick setup and transport, making it ideal for dynamic visual displays in different environments. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in 2022 in Ankara, Turkey, focusing on the development of an innovative foldable Led screen. Extensive research, design iterations, and testing were conducted throughout the process. The final product was completed in December 2024. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Scrollup Foldable is built with a lightweight yet durable aluminum frame. The motorized mechanism ensures automatic opening and closing. The high-density Led panel with a 2.5mm pixel pitch delivers sharp and vibrant visuals. It operates on a 220V AC power supply with low energy consumption (260W). The embedded control unit allows wireless real-time content management. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The Foldable Led Screen has a resolution of 256 x 512 pixels with a 2.5mm pixel pitch. It features a 120° viewing angle and a brightness of 500 nits, ensuring clear visibility. The display has a refresh rate of 3840 Hz for smooth visuals. When folded, its compact dimensions are 80 cm x 47.5 cm x 38 cm, making it portable. The product weighs 30 kg and operates on 220VAC with an average power consumption of 260W. It includes an automatic on/off system for efficiency. Research focused on flexibility, energy efficiency, and remote usability. Market analysis, user testing, and material research led to the development of a lightweight, motorized screen with app integration. Surveys and real-world testing demonstrated improved user engagement, reduced setup time, and significant impacts in advertising, education, and corporate industries. CHALLENGE: The biggest challenge was designing a foldable Led screen that balances portability, durability, and high display quality. Extensive material testing was required to optimize the motorized mechanism. Ensuring seamless app integration for real-time content updates was another key challenge. Additionally, achieving 500 nits brightness while maintaining low power consumption (260W) was a significant engineering hurdle.
