| DESIGN NAME: Beatbot Aquasense 2 Ultra PRIMARY FUNCTION: Cleaning Device INSPIRATION: Adhering to the core principles of intelligence, efficiency, and user centric design, Beatbot AquaSense 2 Ultra adopts a minimalist yet sophisticated style that highlights its innovative features and the charm of smart technology. It aims to create an autonomous and highly efficient pool cleaning robot that liberates users from laborious tasks, delivering a relaxed and convenient cleaning experience. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Beatbot iSkim Ultra, as a top tier smart skimmer tailored for large swimming pools, effectively tackles the toughest cleaning challenges. By virtue of its innovative ClearWater clarification system, ultrasonic sensors, and solar panel, the device offers users an easy, efficient, and intelligent pool cleaning solution to maintain water crystal clear for an extended period. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The Beatbot iSkim Ultra equipped with the Beatbot OS system allows for exceptional smart navigation and comprehensive pool coverage. The NavControl app enables users to remotely navigate the device precisely for targeted cleaning. A built in voice broadcast system informs users of real time updates on cleaning progress, status, and alerts like low battery and high temperatures. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project was designed and developed in April 2024 in Suzhou and launched in January 2025 in North America. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The device uses SolarTrack technology to maximize sunlight efficiency. Thanks to its 24W solar panel and 10,000mAh battery, it greatly reduces dependence on traditional electricity, thereby lowering energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions while promoting sustainable energy use. The ClearWater clarification system adopts a purely natural and biodegradable clarifier mainly made from chitosan, safeguarding users and contributing to environmental protection. This device utilizes a revolutionary ClearWater clarification system, ultrasonic sensors, and the industry first 7 motor system to efficiently and naturally purify water. CHALLENGE: AquaSense 2 Ultra features a patented floating chamber system that enhances chamber volume, ascent and descent speed for underwater and surface transitions. It combines vision, infrared, ultrasound, and IMU with deep learning, allowing navigation in complex environments. With strong sensing capabilities, it creates efficient cleaning paths. The front and rear roller brushesand bilateral rotating brushes provide precise steering for cleaning the pool floor, walls, and waterline effectively.
