| DESIGN NAME: Gatorade Rookie Bottle PRIMARY FUNCTION: Stainless Steel Bottle INSPIRATION: When it comes to hydration, kids don't need as much volume; likewise, the larger size makes it harder for them to hold and drink from larger bottles. Even aspiring athletes tend to drop their bottles often, so we created a durable design, complete with a built-in carrying handle and dent-resistant shell that protects the bottle from drops. Plus, we added a leak-proof straw cap to minimize spills, and a double-wall stainless steel interior that provides more than 24 hours of insulation. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: In February 2024, we launched The Gatorade Rookie Bottle, a new stainless steel bottle designed to meet the unique needs of younger competitors. Because their thirst is different, the Rookie Bottle needed to be different. To perfect the new design, we took feedback and insights directly from parents and their youth athletes.
