| DESIGN NAME: Villa Ob PRIMARY FUNCTION: Family House INSPIRATION: Inspired by the desire to redefine modern living, Moment Residences and Villa OB merge spatial fluidity with functional luxury. The design draws from architectural research on openness, integrating automated panels for seamless transitions. Material selection—dark wood, marble, and metal—balances warmth and modernity. Villa OB’s sculptural staircase and custom furnishings reflect a commitment to craftsmanship, creating a refined yet practical living experience. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Moment Residences embodies a seamless blend of innovation and functionality, prioritizing open, fluid spaces through automated panels, eliminating traditional barriers for enhanced spatial continuity. The meticulous material selection—dark wood for warmth, metal and marble for modernity—creates a refined aesthetic. Villa OB further elevates luxury with custom-crafted elements, a sculptural staircase, and interconnected spaces, ensuring both artistic expression and practicality. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Our design harmoniously combines natural wood, metal, and marble, balancing warmth, durability, and elegance. We carefully selected these materials to enhance both aesthetics and functionality. Precision craftsmanship and advanced fabrication techniques ensure seamless integration, creating a refined yet dynamic spatial experience. This thoughtful material interplay elevates both tactile and visual qualities, offering a timeless and sophisticated design. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: - TAGS: family,house,stair,w RESEARCH ABSTRACT: We conducted qualitative research to understand family living dynamics and spatial needs. Our goal was to create a home that balances aesthetics, functionality, and emotional connection. Using ethnographic studies and interviews, we gathered insights on daily routines. Site analysis and material testing ensured harmony with the environment. The result is a home where natural wood, metal, and marble blend seamlessly, enhancing comfort and longevity.
