INSPIRATION: Inspired by the harmonious relationship among human, technology, and nature, Deepal L07 delivers industry first innovations with its grille less front fascia and interactive lighting design. Deepal L07 features striking tri polar headlights with lighting plate light guide technology creating a bold visual impact. The sleek lines of the Shark Nose front design symbolize innovation and the future, while the rear lights, spoiler, and fastback silhouette exude a dynamic, forward thrusting energy. Every detail is meticulously crafted to balance aesthetics and aerodynamics, resulting in an ultra low drag coefficient of 0.215Cd.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Deepal L07 is a smart sedan that perfectly blends technologies and aesthetics. It supports 3C ultra fast charging and comes with a long life battery. L07 showcases an astonishing combined CLTC driving range of up to 1,400 kilometers, including a pure electric range of 300 kilometers and a remarkably fuel efficient hybrid performance, consuming only 3.94L per 100km. Equipped with ADS SE intelligent driving technology and a futuristic cockpit design, L07 offers a cutting edge driving experience.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The front row features dual zero-gravity seats, while the rear offers 30 degree ergonomic seating. Combined with advanced environmental noise cancellation technology and 12 acoustic packages, the cabin ensures a tranquil and comfortable ride.
It boasts a 15.6-inch 2.5K smart screen with 15 degree adaptive tilt and voice control. The driver’s view is enhanced by a 55-inch AR-HUD holographic augmented reality system, offering an intuitive and futuristic interface.
Powered by ADS SE intelligent driving technology, Deepal L07 requires minimal driver intervention, with an average take over frequency of once every 360 km, and supports over 160 automated parking scenarios.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in March 2023, ended in August 2024, and the product was officially launched on September 21, 2024.

The interior of Deepal L07 introduces an innovative multi sensory experience, sight, sound, smell, touch, and temperature, featuring original soundscapes, 64 color ambient lighting, custom interface animations, exclusive fragrances, and themed seat massage modes with reclining functionality, all seamlessly integrated for an immersive comfort experience.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Deepal L07 supports 3C ultra-fast charging, allowing the SOC to go from 30% to 80% in just 15 minutes. The battery is designed for longevity, with no noticeable degradation over 600,000 km and a cycle life exceeding 5,000 cycles. It also incorporates advanced safety features: LFP battery SOC accuracy within 3%, multi-gradient foreign object detection with a 99.9% control rate, digital twin technology for 100% mechanical damage detection, AI diagnostics with more than 99.9% warning accuracy, millisecond-level temperature monitoring with quadruple redundancy, and alcohol-cooled heat dissipation for efficient 100kJ/min cooling.
CHALLENGE: Deepal L07 has excellent aerodynamic design, every detail is meticulously crafted to balance aesthetics and aerodynamics, resulting in an ultra-low drag coefficient of 0.215Cd for improved efficiency and speed. Deepal L07 employs Micro-core High-frequency Pulse Heating Technology, ensuring efficient heating in all conditions. Its innovative heat pump system recovers thermal energy, saving 1-3kW of power in most winter scenarios and extending the range by over 30 km, significantly improving winter performance and reducing thermal management costs, highlighting a design responsible for users and environment.
