UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: SUPERBANK is a compact, 130W 20,000mAh power bank optimized for travel and sustainability. We've reengineered the circuit board and battery layout, arranging components from high to low to maximize space efficiency. The aluminium body enhances heat dissipation and charging. With only four screws, it's eco-friendly, easy to assemble, and repairable. The hook design protects the charging port, while the universal design reduces material waste and costs.

By redesigning the circuit board and battery layout, its size and weight are reduced, thus lowering carbon emissions. With only four M3 screws, it can be assembled in any country, including by sheltered workshops. Produced using sustainable manufacturing techniques, its extruded and anodized aluminium body ensures durability and heat dissipation. Circuit board components are optimized for space efficiency. The universal design allows the same top and bottom cover for different capacities, reducing production costs and waste, and minimising production costs and waste.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: -
CHALLENGE: The challenge was to design a power bank with tiered components for minimal volume. Most power banks lack this layout, but SUPERBANK restructured the height of the components, making it more compact. This concentrated design required solving heat dissipation issues, addressed with heat-dissipating adhesive and an aluminum case, a good thermal conductor. SUPERBANK’s superior heat management ensures faster charging speeds, balancing performance, sustainability, and convenience.
