| DESIGN NAME: Happy Excursion PRIMARY FUNCTION: Model House INSPIRATION: Nestled in the vibrant heart of Shenzhen's development area, this project draws inspiration from the timeless design philosophies of Butterfly Isle, Northern Abyss, and Whale Cliff, as found in Zhuangzi book A Happy Excursion. It seeks to cultivate an environment that embodies a sense of freedom and tranquility, liberated from the burdens of modern life. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The design intricately weaves together structure, shape, and materials to evoke the rich tapestry of southern living. Each element has been thoughtfully selected to create an inviting atmosphere, where the beauty of nature is seamlessly integrated into daily experiences. In this beautiful space, visitors are encouraged to immerse themselves in the vastness of the blue sky and the softness of the white clouds, fostering a deep connection to the world around them. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: At the focal point of the hall stands an exquisite 3D wall crafted from delicate Fantasy White Jade stone. This stunning feature not only provides a fresh and pure visual experience but also exudes an air of sophistication and elegance. As the natural light shifts throughout the day, the wall comes alive, showcasing a dynamic array of sheens that accentuate its dimensionality and depth, engaging visitors and inviting them to immerse themselves in the harmonious interplay of design and nature. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The exhibition hall is thoughtfully designed to integrate natural elements such as wind, light, and water, beautifully reflecting the idea of harmonious coexistence between humanity and nature. The flooring, adorned with a stone texture reminiscent of the shimmering blue Danube, creates a captivating illusion of a tranquil river flowing beneath the visitors' feet, instilling a profound sense of serenity and intrigue in the space. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project is about 418 square meters. TAGS: Interior, Design, ModelHouse, Modern, Style RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The undulating patterns of the end wall gracefully extend into the corridor, beautifully complementing the soft linen curtains and the striking main art wall, which together foster an atmosphere of dramatic tension. The vibrant Amazon green floor, reminiscent of gentle waves, radiates warmth and vitality, collaborating with the layered landscape painting curtains to create a captivating focal point. Meanwhile, the skylight panel utilizes an innovative light film technique, casting enchanting lighting effects that infuse the space with energy and lend it a light, ethereal quality. CHALLENGE: To enhance the natural beauty and luxurious feel of the wooden cabinets, the designer meticulously oversees each step of the process, from selecting the wood veneer and dyeing it to arranging the wood grain and applying the finish. The goal is to achieve a perfect harmony between nature and sophistication.
