INSPIRATION: Located on the shores of world famous surf destination Alachati this 2 storey home, seamlessly blends interior and exterior spaces, embracing the beauty of its surroundings. The location of the house and its owners, a family of 5, was the main source of inspiration. With its private sea deck and garden, it offers a life in nature. The aim was to create living spaces that are at peace with nature, embrace the Aegean sea view and daylight, while offering their users relaxing and enjoyable private and common spaces.

The integration of indoor and outdoor spaces enhances the versatility of the home, offering both comfort and aesthetic appeal for modern living.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The layout of the 2-storey house ensures a smooth flow of design language between spaces, allowing for easy navigation and interaction. The operation of the house prioritises the needs of the owner's family of 5. The entrance to the house is on the first floor. Three spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are located on this floor. A semi-open corridor connects this floor with the open living area on the ground floor. The ground floor is characterised by the open plan living room where the double height gallery ceiling and large windows create a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors.
