| DESIGN NAME: Roborock App PRIMARY FUNCTION: Mobile Application INSPIRATION: As the pace of modern life speeds up, people have little time to do cleaning chores due to heavy work. Meanwhile, they care more about the cleanliness of living space as living conditions get better.So convenient and smart roborock app come in. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Our Roborock app is a convenient,efficient smart home app,boasting over one million DAUs in over 100 countries and regions across the globe.We strive to enhance the quality of life for our users by freeing them from tedious,repetitive household cleaning chores.The app 3.0 introduces a brand-new smart AI experience to global users: it automatically matches a whole-house cleaning solution to the household environment sensed and provides a video function that enables real-time immersive control. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Based on a "human-centered PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project begins in January 2023, will be completed in January 2024, and will be on display in February 2024 FITS BEST INTO CATEGORY: Interface, Interaction and User Experience Design |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Conduct thorough analysis through user research, competitive analysis, and collected data to prioritize features, develop user journey maps, and build user personas. Subsequently, the information architecture was carefully designed to systematically organize and classify content, ensure an intuitive structure for user navigation, make user operations simple and efficient, and establish a visual design language suitable for the brand, creating the app design. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The app has been designed to be responsive defining a convenient experience on every device and browser. Users will be able to choose between light and dark mode according to the specific needs. TAGS: Ui, Ux, Customer App, Mobile App, Digital Product design, RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Roborock App features a SmartPlan feature that automatically matches a whole-house cleaning solution to the household environment sensed. This is particularly user-friendly for the elderly and disabled, as they can conveniently and independently control robots to efficiently complete cleaning through simple voice commands. CHALLENGE: First, it supports 3D scanning, which works with Apple's AR function to generate unique Matrix maps, creating an AR effect for the WashVac robot. Second, it provides multiple product-based themes and for users to choose from, along with an additional map color boost feature in the settings for users with color vision deficiency to use the app more easily. Third, it comes with the Search for the Pet and Cruise features for real-time monitoring, ensuring household safety.
