| DESIGN NAME: Skyline PRIMARY FUNCTION: Creating Space INSPIRATION: Modern art became a source of inspiration for the design. Comfort, simplicity and luxury are combined in a large space. The renovation was done in a modern style. In the work on the project, each element and structure was analyzed and developed in detail. The motive for creating this design was modern trends in design and the wishes of the customer. The project created the maximum effect of unity with nature thanks to organic materials, the color scheme, and the presence of plants. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: In the work on the project, each element and structure was analyzed and developed in detail. Designers took into account every millimeter for a high-quality result to be achieved. The interior itself is made in a modern style. This work required precision and consideration of every millimeter by our designers to obtain a quality result. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Interaction with the interior design of the penthouse involves the integration of space, decorative elements, functionality and emotional impact on the residents. In general, the interaction is to create a unique space that reflects the style and needs of the owner while providing comfort. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: During the work, the SKS studio team jokingly called this project millimeters, because everything had to be calculated literally down to the millimeter. For example, planning and installation of the second level; installation and constructive solution of the decoration of the elevator shaft; planning and coordination of the design of the stairs. With the maximum use of functional space, every element is used in the design. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The total area of the penthouse is 195 square meters. The penthouse is equipped with an elevator, stairs to the second floor, a professional acoustic system, a smart house, a natural fireplace, a phytowall. Most of the elements, such as: wall panels, headboard, bed, cabinet furniture, walls of glass and mirrors, shelves, are made by hand according to the sketches of the design studio. Wall parts are finished using veneer from an Italian manufacturer. The floor is covered with noble marble tiles, all floors are heated. TAGS: Spaciousness, Modernity, Functionality, Individuality, Technical innovations, Open spaces, Natural materials RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Penthouse interior design is a multifaceted process that combines aesthetic, functional and technical aspects. Penthouses, as a rule, are spacious and elite residential objects, where every element must be thought out to the smallest detail. Not only the appearance of the interior is important, but also the psychological comfort of the residents, which is achieved through the right planning, color scheme, lighting and decor. Modern technologies, smart systems and innovative materials make it possible to create the most comfortable and efficient living environment that meets the requirements of elite customers. CHALLENGE: Penthouse design is a complex process, which is a creative approach with functionality. It should receive not only aesthetic and technical features, but also individual needs of the owner, striving to create a unique, comfortable and stylish space. While working on the project, each element was analyzed and developed in detail.
