| DESIGN NAME: Mesa On 51 PRIMARY FUNCTION: Bar Lounge INSPIRATION: The design draws inspiration from the iconic pyramid triangle form, symbolizing strength and elegance. This geometric influence shapes the overall structure and interior details, creating a sense of harmony and modernity. To enhance the luxurious feel, we incorporate rose gold accents, which add warmth and sophistication. This combination makes the lounge not only visually striking but also rich in character and uniquely stylish. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The design revolves around triangular geometric iconic elements, a motif that signifies strength, balance, and modernity. These triangles are featured in both the structural and decorative elements, giving the space a distinct and memorable identity. The material palette combines the opulence of rose gold with the elegance of black velvet, creating a striking contrast. Lighting design for the purple spotlights and laser effects infuse the space with personality. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Welcome and First Impressions: Guests are greeted at the entrance with bold triangular patterns and rose gold accents, creating an inviting and luxurious first impression. Comfortable Spaces: The lounge is divided into cozy seating areas and open spaces for mingling, giving guests the choice of relaxing in private or socializing with others. Soft black velvet furniture and elegant finishes make every corner feel comfortable and stylish. Central Bar Experience: The bar is the heart of the lounge, designed to catch the eye with its rose gold finish and vibrant lighting. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Triangular Structures: Fabricated using precision-cut metal frames and panels to create the sharp geometric forms inspired by the pyramid. Integrated seamlessly into the architecture for both decorative and functional purposes. Rose Gold Finishes: Applied using high-quality metallic coatings on surfaces to achieve a reflective and luxurious effect. Durable and resistant to wear, ensuring the longevity of the premium look. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Area : 3200sqft TAGS: Nikkei Lounge RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Pyramid And Modern Bar CHALLENGE: Timeline Constraints: Delivering a high-quality design and construction within a limited schedule required efficient planning and coordination. High-Rise Challenges: Being located in a high-rise building meant strict adherence to structural and safety regulations.
