| DESIGN NAME: Dean PRIMARY FUNCTION: Pet Cage INSPIRATION: We often encounter discomfort when dogs stand and sit in cages due to the unreasonable design of traditional cage specifications on the market. After the dog needs to bend its body to enter, it can only lie down in the cage, which makes the dog feel uncomfortable. We hope to view this behavior in a more caring way, by redesigning the appearance of the product, reducing the "imprisonment&q UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Traditional heavy-duty dog cages are boring and considered ugly by many people. Dean pet cages represent comfort and pet care that are completely different from traditional heavy-duty dog cages. The cage solves the problem of sitting, lying, and standing discomfort encountered by animals in the cage due to insufficient top space by redesigning the interior space of the cage. The cage takes into account the habits of dogs and is designed with a roof-openable Modal Window. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The Dean kennel has a front door for easy entry and exit. The roof can be opened, so there is no need to let the dog out, and the owner can easily interact with the pet. The 360-degree rotatable casters help you move the kennel with ease, and all wheels are lockable to prevent accidental movement and hold the kennel securely in place. The removable tray holds flowing stains to keep the internal kennel and exterior floor clean. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in Zhengzhou in October 2023 and was completed in Zhengzhou in September 2024. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The Dean pet cage uses a strong, corrosion-resistant metal square tubing as a sturdy main frame. The 360-degree rotating lockable casters help you move the kennel easily to prevent accidental movement and hold the kennel securely in place. The cage frame coating is non-toxic and eco-friendly, so you don't need to worry about dogs biting the cage. The surface is smooth, ensuring that your dog does not get scratched. Won't hurt your adorable pet. As the dog grows, the owner's misjudgment of the cage size may lead to the dog's rejection and reluctance to use the cage. CHALLENGE: The biggest challenge in the implementation and research process is to provide enough space for dogs to stretch, stand, turn around, and lie down in limited space. The design must consider sizes suitable for different breeds and body types, while ensuring that it does not take up too much space when used indoors, and ensuring that the dog cage is both comfortable and safe enough to meet the needs of dogs, as well as durable and easy to clean for easy use and maintenance.
