RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The designer reconstructs the spatial layout by using postmodern techniques to meet the owner' s pursuit of freedom, comfort, and art. The project emphasizes a balance between functionality and aesthetics, precisely manipulating space to create four suites and communal areas suitable for family living. The overall design reflects the owner' s personality and lifestyle, forming a tranquil and culturally rich home that conveys the emotions and mutual respect among family members.
CHALLENGE: The greatest challenge of this project lies in balancing the diverse needs of the owner with the functionality of the space while creating a comfortable and harmonious family environment. We achieved this by reorganizing the spatial layout, increasing the number of private suites, and cleverly utilizing smart custom storage solutions to meet functional requirements, ensuring independence and privacy for each family member. Additionally, the choice of materials and lighting design enhances the aesthetic appeal of the space, elevating the overall quality of life.
